The property has a great location, short walk to main street shopping center and sand restaurants, shops and dinning and river and pub/restaurants/cafes. The double room is freshly renovated with good facilities, bathroom, for example.

I had a fantastic and enjoyable stay here on Saturday, November 11th. the rooms offer great value for the price, with good facilities and a lovely pool to relax in. I paid $174 for my stay, and it was worth every penny! 😊.

Everything was great; I had a relaxing stay on Saturday, November 11th, at Acacia Rose Motor Inn. the location was marvelous, situated in pleasant surroundings. It was conveniently close to next year's festival, eateries, and the Murray River, making it easy to enjoy all that Barham has to offer.

I selected this hotel for a product showcase and was impressed by its modern timber processing plant with automatic equipment, a far cry from the days of steam power. Whether for business or pleasure, the stay was seamless, with attentive service and comfortable amenities.
The only service missed during my work stay was the availability of an in-room printing service for last-minute document needs.
